Amenities

Deerlake Village residents enjoy many common elements with amenities for relaxation, exercise and entertainment. The spacious clubhouse overlooks the lake, which is stocked with bass, trout, and sunfish waiting to be hooked by residents and their guests. At the end of the lake is a canoe livery where residents, for a nominal fee, may store a non-motorized watercraft. Behind the clubhouse is a heated pool, resurfaced in 2011, residents can enjoy from dawn to dusk, Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Clubhouse Green provides a shuffleboard court and an area for croquet and badminton games. Just beyond that The Picnic Grove has bocce and horseshoe courts and, of course, several picnic tables. Thirty eight acres of Conservation Easement provide fairly easy, marked, hiking trails for those interested in exploring the woods. Rules for usage have been established by the committees governing these amenities. Residents are urged to be aware of and follow these rules so that Deerlake Village is a safe and enjoyable place for all who live here.
